46, Raised on The Clash, Pistols and Stones. Like Radiohead,Clash,U2, older REM, Steve Earle,Tom Waits, Neil young, Daniel Lanois. Like good energy, songwriting and a groove. Last 5 cds bought- Strokes (first album,the best), Joe Strummer, Frank Black, Dandy Warhols, Radiohead (Hail to the thief-There There is awesome)Have played in a few Garage bands (nothing in three years) but need a project (start a band called maybe -Commies and their Kids) since I got F/t job, kids, ect, ect. Would like to Jam, learn to play some new songs, write some...and see what happens. Completely uninterested in booze and drugs or egos or playing too loud or being disorganized (been there seen/done that). Political Lefty, home brew, barbecues, sense of humour crucial.
